The current door is a fake. Notice the brick work surrounding it. The Soviets broke down this wall and installed it in the center to make the fake crematorium room at Auschwitz I. The original door was located to the left where the window currently is (They patch up the doorway to make this window). There is no header in the current doorway, and the concrete has aged differently in the hastey patch job.
