No, I am not. I'm referring to actual data on who perpetuates violence in the black community. This accounts for recidivism/repeat offenders. Within the black community, this is down to about 10%-12% of the black community committing a significant majority of all the violent crime. Compare this to less than 1% for Asians and 2% for Whites.
Based on anonymous crime victimization rates based on perpetuator's race, black people are not disproportionately arrested and convicted compared to other races. In fact, it is the opposite. And we know why: black people are 5 times less likely to trust the government and police as the White population. So they report far fewer crimes. So we have many crimes going unreported. "Ain't no one like a snitch." But what we do know is that violent crime, perpetuated by blacks, is localized to about 10%-12% of their population. It's the same group of frequent offenders. But they are more than 5 times the amount of the white population and more than 10 time the amount of the Asian population. One could conclude that black people are 5 times more violent and 10 times more violent than Whites or Asians, in the US, based off of these stats.

There are around 44 million black people in the US. And 1.4 million of them commit almost all the violent crime, annually. This expands out to 2.9%. But over time, a larger percentage starts to hit those numbers and it expands to around 10%-12%. (meaning, not all perpetuators offend in one year, some will go a year or more before getting involved in violent crime or they skirt under the radar). I don't have a way to support that this figure expands by 5 times to close to 12% but I do remember reading it a while back. So you'll just have to trust me that it is more than 10% instead of 2.9%.

Niggers commit so much fucking crime there is not even close to enough resources to wrap our heads around what really happens. I live in a 40% black city. They are mostly all criminal minded and their criminality is limited by available victims. Just their family structure alone is that of criminals. You think the hundreds of shootings that go completely unresolved are because of 3%? Get fucked you idiot. Go live in a nigger city for 5 years and learn.
