Ahh, I see. They are hard at work making the next generation of violent, mentally ill, black people. That little girl is NOT going to grow up being a well adjusted, hard working, crime-free, adult. Nor will she make good male children (which she will inevitably have while a teen or even worse: a pre-teen). The cycle continues.
