Think about it. In the movie, the "fast food wars" turned "fast food" into expensive food.

Now, taking a family of 4 to McDonalds could cost you $60-80.

We are in a dystopia. Someone used the "Chaos" cheat code in the simulator and this is the insanity you get.

At least now the fat people you know cant claim that "fast food is cheaper" anymore. Its vastly more cheap to cook for yourself (and always has been) but they loved to point out the bill for a food long sub vs buying all of the ingredients. I get it, for a 1 time purchase its higher, for a unit cost its lower. For that higher cost you can make 5 of those sandwiches for what you pay for one at a "insert food chain here" in many cases. It's not cheaper and never has been, you are just lazy. /s/fatpeoplehate
