Those taxes will get paid one way or another. You either give them your money that you earned with labor or they jail you and force your labor for their money. Either way the taxes are paid. And since you can never own your own land it isn't possible to go off grid and be truly free. You can take steps to reduce your taxes but never fully be rid of them.
