Communists hide and foment their deadly ideology in the cities. It is hard to be a Communist in the country. That is why Communist dictators first order of business after seizing power is to confiscate all the grain and livestock from the farmers and then starve them to death. The Holomodor and MAO's great leap forward starvation plans were not accidental.
