The prohibition against speaking the word "nigger" has a very specific function. Every other race can say it, especially niggers who say it in every broken sentence that comes out of their mouths, but whites are forbidden to say it. The prohibition of the word "nigger" is a direct humiliation and punishment of white people for imagined and fictional transgressions in past centuries. It always amazes me how eagery whites embrace this punishment. As white Christians, they want to suffer. Their religion tells them they are inherently evil, so being punished seems natural to them.
