I grew up camping and enjoying the outdoors. Until I went through USAF survival school. I never enjoyed camping again. Fuck that. Surviving sucks! It was harsh. I starved for a couple days, until I murdered two squirrels. Ate one, instructor took the other one for the class. (I was very hungry) I was ready to kill anything and everything that could be food. I definitely learned survival training.

Last week, I survived for almost 10 grueling hours without my phone or knowing if I had lost it or not. An hour after I had left it at home, I started getting extremely anxious and I became distant and dissociative.I had wanted to curl up fetally at times and I totally identified with known dumb faggot Chris McCandless of "Into the Wild ' fame. It was harsh and savage and I would never wish it upon anyone.

Respect. I once went without food for several days. I was hungry. I can’t imagine how you felt off the grid. Horrible! Food is overrated.

I completely identify with you there. Last month, I forgot to pack my Monster Lo-Carb drink for work and it totally ruined my night.
