Perhaps, not sure. From what I understand Biden's advisors that came up with the "We'll have it be an OSHA rule" thought they were cleverer than they actually are and realized that OSHA can't actually enforce these fines since they don't have enough staff, so they put it in the $3.5tn kike bill to get around that and are going to have enforcement be handled either by increasing OSHA staff a ton or by having some other agency do it.
They also increased the fines a ton at the same time, from $14k per incident to $70k and an additional $700k for "willful" disobedience.
I don't think anyone knows all the details on it yet since it's part of a 3000+ page communism bill that almost no one has read.
I remain skeptical that it has been put in writing, at all. We shall see soon enough... at least by the 22nd of November.
I guess we'll see. I don't see how they could possibly not be challenged by every company simply on the basis of the fact that it mandates weekly testing and that's a massive new cost that has no benefit.
Obviously the idea is to force employers to simply mandate everyone get the vaccine poison gene therapy, but doing so also introduces them to medical liabilities because even though the pharma corps are indemnified, employers blackmailing employees into get it certainly are not.
So they have multiple grounds to challenge the federal backdoor mandates and I expect at least some companies will.
