Would set an incentive to become mature and responsible.
Better yet, to gain these rights, you must have been gainfully employed and self sufficient for a period of time.
Drawbacks of the idea / things that would have to be addressed :
- Rich jews would try to skirt the system by, for example, putting their kids into pseudo jobs.
- Some would commit crimes and insist on being treated as a minor, regardless of biological age.
- Lazy fucks would be a burden to their parents for a long time, but we have that already. Might give parents a motive to put their offspring to work sooner.
