if everyone had a gun the crazy one would be taken out immediately, yah with fallout in the cards it does make for not the best example. but if a country says we gonna bomb you and they do you bomb em back. a country knows thats how shit works, if they dont have weapons they get conquered, killed or enslaved. ironically this aspect is the same and thats where my thought came from
