Obviously this is for the purchases not done in a store. i guess i'm thinking back to the days when you needed a dealer even for weed.

when a girl had weed on her i never got the impression she paid for it. mostly because of how wasteful they were with it.

i understand a large number paid regular price but i was curious to hear what you guys saw back in the day and today.

Well obviously, but I'm sure there are some that got drugs for nothing more than a smile and "I'll call you later tonight"
