True but so is any ideology and idolatry
The point of it in our Constitution is that it goes hand-in-hand with the next point - Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion.
When you establish one religion, you prohibit all religions which contradict it. The establishment of one is the condemnation of all others. This is the beginning of religious persecution by the State.
By understanding the why behind the 1st Amendment then we can navigate different situations and beliefs going forward and the State's role in them (which should be none in most cases). The problem is LGBT doesn't call itself a religion, despite that it was politically set up to oppose religions.
Well that's also why the Jesus in government shit is stupid bullshit for hillbilly assholes too
Have you not noticed that the rule of law is dead?
A government of criminals expected to respect the rules of the governments charter?
Option A: Kill the traitors ( Best Option )
Option B: Make angry posts online as your country is stolen from you and sodomized in the street. ( What we inevitably do )
It's dead because we the people are ignorant. Option A won't work just automatically because you could put George Washington in the seat of the president, and an entire new Congress and the people would still be clueless as to the purpose of the law and its function for humanity. They would call Washington a crazy extremist without even bothering to examine his policies. The real work of restoring rational minds would be a long process.
