I have two open cases and theres no way ill lose but im hoping to be granted a counter claim because my landlord is a slumlord who has been leasing units to junkies as temporaru flophouses during the plandemic and tried to sue me for not paying rent when state law says I can withhold or completely deny payment for certain actions of the lessor. Im going to get the judge to force him to pay for my intial paymebts on a new leased property and moving costs. But i have to stay here until the case ends to do that. And its been delayed until july now and this ll started in November.
