Candidates should be tested for IQ and the traits of the Dark Triad (of which psychopathy is one, but the other parts of the cluster B personality disorders are also horrible to have in a leader) Candidates should have served a full term in law enforcement or national defense in a role whose duties carry the possibility of putting themselves in danger, because they need to demonstrate valor. Candidates should have children who have not been removed from their care, so that they have investment in the future of their nation, and they should be married and have never been divorced, so that they can demonstrate that they have the traits of a good life partner. Candidates should be between the ages of 25 and 50 (a balance between being too young and too old). Candidates should have a clean record when it comes to criminal behavior, and this should include a lack of the equivalent charges incurred during their term of service in law enforcement or national defense. Candidates should be landowners. Candidates should be paid up with regard to the payment of their taxes, and have no other outstanding debts, either. Candidates should be Male and White. Candidates should be restricted to one term of four years in each position they occupy, with no possibility of holding that position again. Candidates should be restricted from making laws, or making changes to the laws, or removing laws, or failing to enforce the laws AS THEY ARE WRITTEN, their roles should be restricted to those of overseers. Candidates should not be anyone with a Coefficient of relatedness of 6.25% or higher to any candidate who has previously been elected to the office they are running for.
