If Hitler's goal of rounding up the Jews was to kill them, why not just kill them instead of rounding them up and bothering to build camps to hold them?

Not sure. I think the Vikings flipping the names was either a joke or a bug. Iceland is green, Greenland is ice... Sven and his buddies were out on the water too long.
