Its the problem of the internet, the was never an honest way to monetize it to the levels desired by profiteers.

A person seeking wisdom and sharing and community would come away wealthy, but the entrepreneur just waste of time.

The monetization of the internet based itself around entertainment and all the flaws of such a system. It became the new and improved TV.

This 'awakening' of fringe interests is a lovely reminder of the 'old internet' before it was profitable, wasnt that pretty, and didnt work on phones.

YouTube does serve as a great educational resource. Basocally all i use it for, how to or guides. No subscription or following anyone. Don't give enough fucks.

Its a shame its kiked like everything else.

There's a relatively easy trick to stop ads, use hooktube.com rather than youtube.com. it takes the same parameters as youtube and you get no ads.
