Absolutely, quitting caffeine feels like the flu
Iv never quit caffeine. I was quitting drugs. Actually when I was quitting those I drank a lot more caffeine. Idk why. It’s like I craved it more or something. I was chugging sodas like crazy all day
same, I quit meth cold turkey after about 1 solid year of use (had the money)
This is when my spiral into caffeine began. I can attest, the quality of the addiction is not similar, caffeine and nico are worse.
I smoked 2-3 packs a day, drank 1-2 pots of coffee in a day, and would swill a 2 liter and have to go get another one.
It didnt take me long to realize, I'd replaced one drug with another and now I was abusing it. I was actually getting my daily kicks from coffee.
As a teenager, I used to drink milk religiously and was always healthy. I should go to the store and get some milk...for my coffee. goddamnit.
I love milk too. I always buy 3 gallons at a time. It hits the spot always
You wanna know something gross? I’ll tell you. See back when I did a lot of meth I used to avoid people. Cauze when I was high I was very unpleasant to be around. At best I’m quiet and glaring, at worst in emotionally unstable and trying to fight. So I just avoided people. So I had roommates for some of these years. So when I needed to piss I would piss in bottles. To avoid human contact. Anyways you found out if you drink a lot of milk and then piss your piss has this crystal stuff in it. It was disgusting but I couldn’t help but feel like idk, like it was good to piss that stuff out or something. So I used to do it on purpose. Also if you starve yourself you’ll start pissing out liquid fat. It will form like an oily film on top of the piss.
