How is Diet Coke 0 calories. I mean, wtf am I drinking? I would assume anything I put in my body has calories. If I drink gasoline doesnt gasoline have calories. It’s not like I’m drinking air.

The sweetness actually is from a sugar. But humans lack the enzyme to process that specific sugar. Since its not processed, your body filters it out like other waste. The result is zero calories from the sugar.
