Women without makeup are, with very few exceptions, either plain, or homely, or just fucking ugly. Even knockouts look ho-hum unless they have the time and money to spend making themselves look pretty. Now add to that poor living conditions, bad nutrition, general ill health, and likely substance abuse and you have the recipe for the butt ugly women that you see living on the streets.
