Rochester NY was a beautiful city. The home of Kodak. Just like Syracuse NY where I live the leftist that run the state has chased a lot of major employers out! The Youth is leaving in droves anyone who can escaped leaves. This leaves cities with lower income and welfare states. Major crimes in the minorities. This is the third or 4th mass shooting is upstate NY in the last 10 years. Usually black on black! So it goes unnoticed. The inner cities also have been destroyed by the Catholic's churches which are bringing massive immigration. They are move guilty then most people realize. They bring in people from Africa and They get welfare, food stamps, housing, medical and education on my hard labor and Tax dollar. They have destroyed neighborhoods with their refugee programs! Sanctuary cities our leftist public officials call it. All to turn counties and cities blue for elections.

About 25 years ago a semiconductor design engineer friend took a job in Rochester, even then it was known for it's dramatic decline since the Kodak heyday.
