Wasn't there a slew of other videos from the night later showing it was a strobe/ flashing light in a room or corridor or something.

The Vegas shooting was a false flag just like Sandy Hook. They were mad that Trump was President and had to try another gun grab since Soetoro hadn't succeeded.
