There were so many problems with this: 1. She didn't use equal force. 2. You don't keep a firearm in your car.
The first problem is, she'll be convicted because even though she's a woman (yes, I assumed her gender), she wasn't in immediate harm.
If she was in immediate harm, by not having her gun on her, they will convict her because she had time to go to her car and get her gun. If she was carrying on her, she'd have a better claim.
Nope. She's doing time for this.
