Hey, cool observation. I kinda liked fringe for awhile but then just stopped watching; maybe like halfway into the series or whatever. It was like they couldn't even decide what they wanted to do with the story and kept going on random crackhead-esque tangents. While at least X-files, particularly in it's early episodic format, was consistently clever and interesting and engaging, with characters you kind of almost care about. It's a lost art, man.
