@picman I initially disregarded this report since no details or any information at all was included to explain why they were reporting this, let alone including even a single example to prove the claim that jpgs on there are infected.
I've been setting up a normie PC after that last host with porn ads issue. I wanted to be able to test and see what a normie PC might encounter in certain situations entirely unrelated to Poal and pic8, but it is also useful now for loading a pic on a host that pic8 redirects to.
In this case, I have Malwarebytes on this normie system and it blocked the site as malicious when I tried to load a pic8 pic that redirected to this host.
I then enabled NoScript and found it was saying an ABE (Application Boundaries Enforcer) offense occurred due to the site requesting LAN resources.
I haven't looked into it more yet to see if there actually is something malicious, but any pic8 images redirecting to that host are being blocked on devices running Malwarebytes. As MB is blocking that site, then it seems likely that other "standard" programs that come packaged on normie computers (like Avast, Kaspersky, or other crap) might also be blocking that domain as malicious.
As Lauder noted that "jpgs are infected" without providing any kind of proof or examples of this, I expect he is using Avast or some other normie software and they didn't include any information at all because they merely reported here what their "anti-virus" reported to them.
