For non-Seattle folks, this is basically down the street from where the bombs went off a few weeks ago causing the huge fire near the hospital. It's across the freeway but only about a 2.5 block walk.

Oh I did not know that. I thought you were trying to say tarp tent, since that is what it appears to be.

I didn't know until recently myself. We didn't have them here until the Californian's took over.
