I've noticed that some zogbot departments will intentionally make it harder to distinguish their cars from civillian cars. How they do this is that they will paint the car White or black and make the text the exact same color but they will give it a matte finish to make it "readable", but really you can only read it if you're looking straight at it and you're driving very slow. It should be mandatory for the car body and the text to contrast and to make it easily readable in every angle and light.

They used to do this on their SUVs on the Coquhalla hwy in BC. It's a high speed hwy and they traveled 10 too 15 k over the limit waiting for you to pass. I even saw one wirh a budget rental sticker on the bumper. The back windows were blacked out so you didn't see the bars. I could spot them easily on my bike so I would pass very slowly until I was far enough away. You wouldn't see the RCMP sticker until you're directly beside them.

Here I was thinking that's just a problem in the USI.
