At 00:20 you can see "Ontario Provincial Police" symbol on the cap, so Canada. Given that it's cold and there's snow it's probably from last week.

Jokes aside, my assumption is that this must be from the last year's "Freedom Convoy" protest or from one of the multiple support protests.

You see that is what they THINK they are going to get. The whole "Selling out the race for a pension" thing was always a thing but codified after Katrina because so many cops fled with their families. The Heebs had to cut a deal with the cops to protect the families so they wouldn't run next time. Therefore the cops went full on loyal with the kikes but the kikes are not loyal to them, nor will they hold up any agreement they signed.
