To be hones this is the first (recent) group out of America I would put my bet on not being glowies.
Glowies usually dress in identical gear, if you look closer you would notice that trousers, gloves, boots and balaclavas are all black, but different makes. Sunglasses and shirts are easy to get in bulk. They know how to throw a proper Roman salute, I've seen glowies throw Roman salutes with with left arms.

I agree. My guess is that their main idea is to intimidate troons, which I'd say they did pretty well considering that degenerates stayed on their side of the fence and didn't try to start any fights.
