Now, using liberal thinking, the next step is to levy big fines for false reports. LOL.
On a positive note, this will create a much larger police state, as the number of tyrants will need to substantially be increased to deal with all of this hate. Jails will have to be built, weapons will need to be bought. This will help the economy.
