It's pretty unscientific to say "seems to" since in a vacuum it does cause electrons to move in the opposite direction of what happens in air, during the tests they ran on gold film. It'll be nice when "they" figure this phenomena out and can use definitive words to describe it. This dumbing down of science is annoying.
