IUD seems to be the best option if you truly want to have pregnancy free sex. By accounts it's a pretty uncomfortable procedure, but it lasts a few years and has a very high success rate. Also you can cum in your woman as much as she'll put up with. If she won't give you a child, you can at least spam her with your chimeric DNA.
