Isn't this well known and considered normal from what we think we understand about molten spinning iron and magnetic fields?

Back in 1998 when I was working at ***** , my jewish boss and I had the discussion on how it was getting close to the earths core to flip. The molten lava inside the core is a huge AC electromagnet and as all sine waves go positive then negative , it was bound to happen soon. I mention he was Jewish becuase apparently its documented somewhere in their writings.
