I bought a house (thanks to a shitty realtor and inspector) with a moldy basement. I had to rent tyvek suits, respirator and a dumpster to pull out all the wallboard, carpet, etc., because of black mold.

Tried to sue the realtor and an attorney told me it wasn't worth it because he'd get all the money.
