Apparently this professor has since asked to have this video taken down and blocked these two on social media.

They say that what we know about black body physics makes the Big Bang theory a poor explanation for the cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation. He says they are wrong, then proceeds to argue with them about things he later admits he knows little of. At no point does he give their idea any reasonable consideration.

Professors like him are the people telling you the Big Bang theory and many other things are well established science with no reasonable alternatives. This expert’s behavior does not prove that the theories in his field are all inaccurate, but it shows that they could be and people like him would still defend them to their graves.

For what it’s worth, if I had to bet my life on this debate right now, I would bet that the two podcast hosts are correct, not the professor.

I had to stop at 30 minutes, and I'm now listening the rest of the video.
