AKA toss their stranglehold out the window like in many countries so if it's tested it doesn't matter then allow only heirloom seeds no tariff on them into the country so they don't have a knee on the farmers throats. Giving that multibillion boost to the farmers without this would be giving all the cash to Bayer so fix it so them seed mafia guys a big fuck off. It would lower food prices in under a year or so.
