All humans have a brain. Some of them are NPC's and are pre-programmed. Others are capable of deep thought, abstract ideas, and planning for the future.

11 dimensions

Article never really clarifies what it means, since it doesn't mean physical dimensions. I'm guessing it's something related to geometric topology (en.wikipedia.org) but that page is beyond me.

There is some description about it but its geometric structures.
