If you overlook the millions of atmospheres of pressure needed for it to work. Sure, that's a new record. The goal, as I understand it is not to set an actual record, but to learn from the functional structure and then work to build a similar structure at normal pressure levels. This is gonna take a *long* while. But, progress is being made.
