Marijuana can soothe those afflictions, so it's more likely for someone looking to sedate pain in their brain to smoke mj for relief. It's like saying mj causes back pain because people with back pain smoke it. The article uses plenty of loose linking words like 'may increase' or 'linking' which means nothing as nothing was conclusive. You use that language when you want to imply a conclusion without having the evidence, it's manipulative bs.
