Dude. Everyone knows the shots aren't safe or effective. They know. We know. They know that we know. It doesn't matter because any kind of court battle over it will be tough, and will take a lot of time and money.

Out of all the ways to approach this in court, the religious exemption is by far the most likely to be successful. That's because there are several air tight laws on the books protecting religious freedom that have been upheld dozens of times, up the Supreme Court level. It's is highly unlikely they'll be overturned. Thr only issue is thr accommodation granted for the religious exemption.

For that, the religious exemption puts the government on the defense instead of the other way around. They have to prove that a Navy SEAL who has natural immunity, is somehow incapable of getting a headshot on a raghead at 200 yards because he hasn't had the vaxx.

Then you only have to bring up the statistics as a rebuttal to whatever information the government comes up with, which will likely be cherry-picked data from small studies. Or they'll have to openly contradict their own statements.

Every decent lawyer will tell you this, and there are hundreds of videos (even on youtube) that explain the same thing. If you have a sincere religious belief that conflicts with this requirement, you're less likely to lose your job immediately, and much more likely to succeed in court. If you don't, you can still sue, but you'll have lost your job already, and it'll probably take years to get through courts.
