Have you done it? I microdosed DMSA / ALA for around 6 months, sure it helped to some degree but gawd i felt weird also from it.
From what ive heard it would remove around 20% but really do damage to the body.
I mean if you want to try something go and find some organic raspberries / blueberries keep em moist (use a spray/mister) with good quality water in a glass container for 3 days with lid open. Then throw em in the fridge for 3 weeks airing every like twice a week. Then you start eating them max 1 a day (really max one). See if you feel stuff happening. You might feel autismo as you do it.
I kind of hesitate giving this out if you aint doin the diet but ive heard that just by doing this fixed a kids real bad autism in 2 years.
Ive done the berries and am still doin em feels pretty whacky sometimes like a magnet is pulling something out of your head
You wanna know more about the diet go read

This is great info. Thank you.
I did dmso, a teaspoon a couple days in a row with a healthy diet and after the second tsp, I got super swollen lymphnodes.
I took too much too quick, which was my own fault.
To help your lymphatic system out hot baths are a must.
Water to 40 celsius. Municipal water is shite so add 2 tbl spoons sea salt 3 tbl spoons acv (proper kind) and like 0.5 liters raw milk. Or if you have a hot spring nearby even better
Staying in there around 1.5 hours or more as many times as possible will improve wellbeing over time by quite a bit. Thing is its suggested that you have a bit of weight cause these baths can also knock some mercury loose and if you dont got some additional fat it'll circulate round the body.
Oh and keep your head cool in the baths withice bucket +towel
I would still caution you against the DMSO. To prevent damage youd have to eat a ridiculous amount of good fat (raw butter). An impossible amount. Food is a lot more gentle for detox and wont fuck you up, like the chemicals might.
I had nosebleeds and i think the dmsa kinda tore my muscles apart to some degree. Im only now kinda recovering from it like 4 years later. And only thanks to the diet
Interesting. Thanks for the suggestions. I got that book and will check it out.
I don't have much body fat so i'll tread carefully.
Thanks again.
