Like everyone else . Conscious is a mystery to me. I'm sentient. Unlike most humans. I just don't know why and how. I do know that sentient consciousness begins with learning honesty. Suppression of emotions and learning to hear your quiet inner voice. All other conscious humans operate under ancient instructions that are passed as emotions. Little different to how reptiles operate.
