I wake up every day so tired. I eat well, exercise, run 10k a few times a week, etc. But it feels like every morning I've been hit by a truck. I wouldn't be surprised if I have some type of parasite but I don't know the best way to kill it.
That could be as simple as an iron deficiency. Which is now more common because less beef consumption and less use of iron cookware.
See your doctor.
Easy way to check for that is the color inside your eyelid.
Never heard that one before. Care to elaborate?
Have you thought of Lyme Disease? If you're in and area prevalent to Lyme you could get tested. Ask me how I know.
Isn't lyme disease a parasitic infection?
No... Bacterial. Can be treated with antibiotics. Don't want to wait to long however, it's gets more difficult to treat the longer it's in you.
Find a "Functional Medicine" doctor. They will evaluate your entire body -- and employ leading edge solutions. I've had life long issues like you, and discovered a genetic issue along with allergies that contribute to my chronic state. I've been able to reverse much naturally (but it's a work in progress). Traditional medicine did nothing for me..
Just order some quercetin from Amazon. I have, for the 'rona I've recently been exposed to
Quercetin's potency is increased when combined w/Reseveratol. Mix them in a fat such as yogurt to ensure they will be absorbed by the body. Also include zinc w/Quercetin for protection against viruses.
Yep, the one I got comes with zinc! Good to know the reason why.
Dr. Tent on youtube. Watch his videos, somewhere in there is your answer.
Please tell me by eat well you actually eat well.
Meat and Fat
Yes, very well. This is why I'm so frustrated.
I'm thinking to cut out caffeine and do a fruit/veggie only juice for a week then either DMSO or turpentine with sugar cube to kill whatever is potentially fucking me up.
Sugar makes you sick.
Coming off of sugar is a detox leaving you feeling sick till you recover.
Have you cut out gluten? It's basically poison for the gut and brain.
Also, have you ever been tested for chronic fatigue? A functional doctor is the means way to diagnose this.
