"At will" states allow businesses the ability to require any non-illegal compliance. As the vaccine isn't illegal, they can require it. You are always free to choose another job, right?

Then they can require that any pregnant employees to get an abortion right? They can require jewish employees to eat pork . They can require all employees to get any elective medical procecure I think if what you say is true.

What law prevents companies from forcing their employees from having an abortion? Im wondering if it might cover the vaccine scenario as well.
