If you are part of the master race then this is not above your intellect, but you may have to break down the expressions to make them more digestible. Alot of this reads like an advertisement. They’re practically jerking off toward the end there.

But I did catch this:

The thing that caught my eye was the double strand RNA (dsRNA), making me curious as to what effect they have drifting about.

But what you caught there could explain all the clots that have been forming?

Well potentially it promotes a type I interferon response which could promote inflamation and autoimmunity. Which I think is probably bad. I guess this PAMP thing is a resemblance to some double strand rna viruses.

The best known class of this type of enzymes is Dicer. It is hoped that broad-spectrum anti-virals could be synthesized that take advantage of this vulnerability of double-stranded RNA viruses.[14]

Dicer facilitates the activation of the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC), which is essential for RNA interference. RISC has a catalytic component Argonaute, which is an endonuclease capable of degrading messenger RNA (mRNA).

Also apparently free floating RNA is a signal to start clotting.
