Tell me, which chromosome determines sexual preference?
Hmmm, this is tough! Im going to take a shot in the dark and say....
the 23rd pair!
Almost everybody with 2 X chromosomes in the 23rd pair is attracted to men. Almost everybody with a Y chromosome is attracted to women.
Now Im not suggesting that every gene that controls sexual behavior or attraction resides on the 23 pair. But I am asserting that the Y chromosome is a master switch for a cascade of homonal reactions that will trigger male sexual dimorphism including dimorphism of the brain which is undoubtedly were alot of this orientation shit is going on. To say the the Y chromosome does not correlate to fucking ladies is preposterous. Seriously.
I would like to add that nowhere did I assert that gayness was a gene. Although it could be caused by a genetic mutation in some cases, I think its more likely to have an environmental cause like a pathogen or chemical exposure in diet or even perhaps brain damage. Autoimmune response of the mother could also be involved. There may be multiple causes. In fact I think its likely.
Do you know there are populations of hunter gatherers that have essentially 0% homo? And that living in dense population centers increases your risk of having a homo kid?
A pathogen would explain “early onset” homo if exposure occured in utero. Guys that say “I always knew I was gay” . It would also explain why some “normal” kids suddenly go homo after having a homo experience like molestation.
There are lots of examples of pathogens or parasites controlling host behavior to propagate. We know gay men are great propagators of disease. Maybe the best.
