I wouldnt for one. But it is possible its been done in a cloaked state. But its foolish to assume someone less sneaky wouldnt eventually manage it. And by the nature of time travel it would just take one person in the infinite future to choose not to be sneaky. Odds are time travel within the same dimension/timeline will never be discovered. In my opinion anyway.
