i spent about 5 yrs posting single mother household crime statistics on every local facebook news article detailing a crime, and especially on stories pondering the reasons of why there's a rising crime rate, youth crime, etc. holy shit do people hate the truth. and honestly i never made a dent, i just got attacked by a horde everytime i posted it.

If memory serves, single mothers have median IQs in the 80s-90s. Children of single mothers are also beaten or sexually abused at vastly greater rates than children of nuclear families.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that low IQ mothers are more likely to make dumb decisions and suck at parenting, and that low IQ boys who were victims of child abuse are much more likely to engage in violence.

I wonder if race data is just wildly inaccurate and that's what makes single motherhood such a good predictor--because it's a proxy for race.

If you read the whole article (it's long, I know), it identified that race was the greatest single variable for predicting homicide. It notes that once you conduct multivariate analysis it becomes clear that single motherhood is the actual greatest predictor of homicide and that black households are headed by single mothers at extraordinary rates.

E.g. nuclear families of any race? Very little homicide. Child of a single mother? Lots of homicide.

Wouldn't surprise me if different counties have different criteria for how they categorize race, in which case one has to be careful aggregating or comparing data between counties to ensure the result isn't nonsense.

Another thing is affirmative action policies really muddy socio-economic status as well. The academic ability would be wildly different for the kid of an engineer and the kid of a diversity consultant. However, they are likely to be in the same income level. Handing out college degrees does make anyone smarter or better behaved, but earning a college degree (if that can even be done these days) does demonstrates a level of intelligence, planning, and commitment.

It's not having a father that shows the children responsibility and how to work and lastly that the child is told by the hardass father that the child is an adult and what they expect from them for behavior. The single mom can only honestly say to get money for doing nothing by her past actions where dad has muscle and stinks of effort.

Mothers example if she sat of welfare is that don't give to much, this message ends as , so no job that pushes the child to grow since they are still big and angry teens that never got the memo that Daddy gives but moms to busy sucking the new dick to bother writing ever.

They account for about 15% of single parents but suspiciously I can't find any data on them.

Removing democrat policies of coddling will do it without bloodshed. The black family in the 50's was doing better than white families are now so the welfare and other race based laws to remove daddy and sabotage the black family did that to all families.
