A BLA is submitted after an investigational new drug has been approved. If the Form 356h is missing information, the FDA will reply within 74 days.[3] A BLA asserts that the product is "safe, pure, and potent", the manufacturing facilities are inspectable, and each package of the product bears the license number.

After approval, annual reports, reports on adverse events, manufacturing changes, and labeling changes must be submitted.

None of the jewflu mRNA genetic bio-weapon shots are live-virus vaccines, or vaccines at all. So this doesn't apply. There is no covid19 virus to even make a vaccine out of. There is no covid19 virus so this entire idea isn't applicable.

To be honest: I don't know.

There are WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY too many lies here to keep track of. Which is why the base level lie is the easiest to go from though oddly it would be the easiest to "prove the lie" (that it's not a lie) and that being that covid 19 exists.
