Thalidomide was an isotope/isomer fuck up that should never have happened. It's literally the textbook example used in college chemistry and is generally discussed during orientation training at most major biotech companies. Just wanted to reaffirmed giving pregnant women experimental vaccines is a terrible idea.

I'm starting to feel sympathy for anarchist and people who want to see the whole system burn.
I could see value in new beginnings but I tell myself I love American values. problem is, they aren't anymore. But I remember them and they worked ok for white groups of people living peacefully. They existed. I remember them and want them back but its never coming back.

I'm not sure exactly when it happene but, I believe it's indicative of politics and the general state of society as a whole. It's like that funny generational meme where "oh gee gosh, their just politicians, everyone knows politicians are corrupt, isn't it funny!?". Well, now it's not funny and everything is corrupt including science.
